Gabriela is an associate in the Los Angeles office. She represents private and public sector clients in complex business, real estate, and construction litigation in both federal and state courts. Her broad range of experience includes resolving disputes over the development of commercial real estate and transportation projects, defending against anti-SLAPP motions, and advising on California Public Records Act requests. Gabriela is well-versed in all phases of the litigation process, including strategy, drafting pre-trial motions and pleadings, depositions, and directing large-scale discovery and e-discovery.
During law school, Gabriela served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Catherine E. Bauer for the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. She also worked as a law clerk with the Orange County District Attorney’s Consumer & Environmental Protection Unit.
