Iden Rezaei

Iden is a real estate associate in the firm’s Orange County office. He advises developers, investors, large technology companies, and corporate tenants on the acquisition, development, and operation of commercial real estate across the United States, Canada, and internationally. His practice centers on leasing, with particular depth in data center and industrial leasing, as well as general real estate transactions involving purchase and sale of raw land, entitled development sites, and income-producing assets. He also counsels clients on construction and design agreements, guiding projects from site control through delivery.

In addition to structuring and negotiating complex lease arrangements, including build-to-suit and ground leases, Iden supports clients through the full development life cycle. He regularly drafts and negotiates purchase and sale agreements, construction contracts, and architectural and engineering agreements, aligning business objectives with pragmatic risk allocation to drive timely and efficient closings.
