Jina Shin
Associate
Jina is a litigation associate in the Orange County office. She advises clients in business disputes and other commercial litigation matters in California state and federal courts. Jina handles all facets of the litigation process, including fact finding and discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and dispositive motions, and mediation.
During law school, Jina completed a clerkship with the Los Angeles County Public Defender’s Office, gaining broad litigation exposure and experience. She also worked as a clinical student with UC Irvine’s Domestic Violence Clinic, where she provided critical support to domestic violence survivors and their children.
Before joining Allen Matkins, Jina served as a litigation associate with a prominent AmLaw 100 firm.
