Caroline Sischo is a Litigation associate in the Los Angeles office. Her practice focuses on real estate–related disputes, including commercial litigation, foreclosure and receiver actions, and creditor representation. Caroline brings a multifaceted perspective to her litigation work, informed by experience spanning private practice, government service, and real estate operations.
Before joining Allen Matkins, Caroline was an associate at an Am Law 100 firm, where she handled complex matters across the real estate and financial sectors. She previously served as an attorney with the Office of Chief Counsel for the Internal Revenue Service, completed a judicial externship at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, and worked as an asset management analyst for a commercial real estate company. Her diverse background allows Caroline to navigate legal, financial, and operational dimensions of real estate disputes with clarity and strategic insight.
