Naomi is a litigation associate in the Century City office. Her practice encompasses all steps of litigation, from initial case assessment, strategy, and fact development, through discovery, motion practice, and trial, including arbitration as well as bench and jury trials.
Before joining Allen Matkins, Naomi was an associate at an international AmLaw100 firm, where she represented corporate officers and directors, owners, developers, investors, and high-net-worth individuals in complex commercial disputes, often involving entertainment and intellectual property issues, breach of contract, and related probate matters. She values serving as a mentor and held roles on her prior firm’s Women’s Professional Development Committee. Prior to that, Naomi was an associate at another international AmLaw100 firm where she primarily represented Fortune 500 technology and entertainment clients in a broad array of matters, including large-scale federal class actions, Section 1983 litigation, and defamation, privacy, and other intellectual property disputes. She also has experience supporting clients through internal and government investigations.
During law school, Naomi served as an editor of the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly, the country's oldest law journal devoted exclusively to constitutional issues and served as co-chair of the Board for the Hastings Moot Court Competition Team.
