  • Global rental car company. Negotiated a $84 million settlement related to a Los Angeles County agency’s acquisition of the client’s property, a $50 million increase over the agency’s initial offer.
  • Property owner. Negotiated a settlement in connection with a city’s threatened acquisition of the client’s property, convincing the city’s governing body not to exercise its power of eminent domain and settling for 116% above the city’s initial offer.
  • Real estate development and management company. Negotiated a $25.5 million settlement related to a Los Angeles County agency’s acquisition of portions of the client’s property for a subway project, increasing monetary compensation for the client by nearly $10 million.
