William Alesi

William Alesi is a real estate associate in the New York office. He focuses his practice on commercial leasing transactions and represents landlords, owners, developers, and tenants in office, retail, mixed-use, and restaurant leasing matters in New York and across major U.S. markets.

William advises clients on the drafting, negotiation, and review of leases, amendments, renewals, terminations, and related agreements for high-profile commercial properties. He brings a practical understanding of the business side of leasing and works closely with clients, in-house counsel, brokers, and development teams to help transactions move efficiently and align with business objectives.

Prior to joining Allen Matkins, William practiced at an AmLaw 100 firm and served in in-house legal roles with New York real estate companies, where he handled leasing, contracts, and a broad range of commercial real estate matters, including office, retail, warehouse, condominium, and joint venture work.
