Brittany Wallach
Associate
Brittany is an associate in the Los Angeles office and focuses her practice on real estate matters. Her practice encompasses a broad range of real estate transactions, including advising landlords on complex leasing and operational matters, involving large and small-scale office, retail, medical, shopping center, and mixed-use projects. In addition to her leasing work, Brittany has assisted with the acquisition/disposition and financing of office, retail, multifamily and other commercial assets nationwide.
Before joining Allen Matkins, she was a judicial extern to the Honorable R. Gary Klausner in the United States District Court, Central District of California, and the Honorable Kim McLane Wardlaw in the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Brittany was also an articles editor on the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review.
