Jason Weaderhorn

Jason Weaderhorn is a real estate senior counsel in the New York office. He focuses his practice on commercial leasing transactions and represents landlords and tenants in New York and across the country in the leasing of office, retail, shopping centers, and mixed-use projects.

Jason is a transaction-oriented lawyer with a strong understanding of the business side of real estate. He works closely with clients to move deals efficiently while protecting their interests and helping them navigate complex leasing matters involving high-end commercial properties.

Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Jason practiced at an AmLaw 100 firm and a New York law firm, where he advised clients on a variety of leasing matters, including work for Fortune 500 companies.
