Lucas is an associate in the Orange County office who represents commercial developers, investors, and financial institutions in the formation, merger, and reorganization of joint ventures. He also advises on associated tax issues, including Section 1031 exchanges and California real property and transfer tax issues.

Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Lucas litigated business disputes for several years, including matters that involved partnership and joint venture disputes.
