Andrew is an experienced litigation associate in the Los Angeles office where he represents clients in a broad range of complex business and partnership disputes. Andrew keeps his clients’ goals top of mind and has helped provide effective results and favorable outcomes for a variety of investors and Fortune 500 companies within the food and beverage, hospitality, entertainment, sports, and insurance industries.
Andrew regularly represents clients in partnership and limited liability company disputes, including on matters involving claims of fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, and breach of contract. He also has extensive experience defending clients against claims of unfair business practices, false advertising, and other consumer protection statutes, backed by his substantial knowledge of state and federal privacy and consumer laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, California Unfair Competition Law, and the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act.
While earning his J.D., Andrew worked at the U.S. Department of Commerce where he played an integral role in creating a commercial law program that encompassed an arbitration component for the Afghanistan government.
Andrew has provided pro bono counsel to an asylum seeker from Syria, in immigration court, which resulted in an 18-month extension of removal hearing.
