Andrew is a real estate litigator based in the Allen Matkins Irvine office. Andrew has litigated real estate disputes all over California, with an emphasis on commercial lease disputes (on behalf of both landlords and tenants), nondisclosure disputes in both commercial and residential purchase and sales, and construction payment disputes. Andrew's experience encompasses all stages of litigation, from pre-litigation dispute resolution all the way through verdict.
Andrew is a thorough and detail-oriented lawyer who enjoys learning the intricacies of his client’s businesses and how to adapt common legal principles to their unique situation. In each client engagement, Andrew strives to provide cost-effective counsel and abate the stress that litigation can cause for his clients and their businesses. As but one example, during the height of the 2020 pandemic-related shutdowns, Andrew shepherded a commercial nondisclosure dispute from inception all the way through a week-long arbitration ending with a complete victory — all in under eight months.
