Allen Matkins Advises on Acquisition of Industrial Campus in Burbank, California

September 18, 2025. Allen Matkins announced today that it has advised OlivePoint Capital, in partnership with Alta West Partners, LLC, on the acquisition of 100-104 E. Graham Place, a 104,795-square-foot industrial campus in Burbank, California.

The facility is 81% leased to Haskel International (a wholly owned subsidiary of Ingersoll Rand Inc.), a tenant with 70+ years of occupancy. The remaining 19,000 square feet of vacancy will be repositioned back to industrial, which will create significant value-add potential. In addition, the facility is located in one of Los Angeles County’s most supply-constrained industrial submarkets.
