Allen Matkins Expands its Land Use Practice with the Hire of Paige H. Gosney

IRVINE – July 7, 2022 – Allen Matkins, a California based full-service real estate and business law firm, announced today the addition of Senior Counsel Paige H. Gosney to its Orange County office as a member of the firm's Land Use, Environmental & Natural Resources Group. Paige represents industrial, commercial, and residential landowners and developers in a variety of land use and transactional matters and in all aspects of litigation before state and federal courts. These matters include the Subdivision Map Act, CEQA, and Coastal Act compliance, eminent domain and inverse condemnation, water rights, development entitlements, due diligence, the Outdoor Advertising Act, and general planning and zoning laws.

In addition to the hire of Paige, Allen Matkins has also welcomed land use project manager Jennifer Dorgan to lead the firm’s clients through the entitlement process, as well as seven other land use attorneys over the past 12 months to bolster its thriving Land Use practice group.
