Allen Matkins Expands New York Office

NEW YORK – February 24, 2026 – Allen Matkins announced today that Jeannine M. Olmo has joined the firm’s Global Real Estate Group, where she will focus on real estate finance transactions, bolstering the firm’s national practice across a wide range of real estate sectors.

Jeannine advises institutional and private lenders and routinely closes complex finance transactions ranging from $100 million to $2 billion in value across asset types, including multifamily, mixed-use, industrial, office, healthcare, shopping center, and self-storage. Jeannine’s practice encompasses the full spectrum of debt and equity transactions related to the construction, acquisition, and ownership of commercial real estate. Her experience includes loan origination, acquisition, and modification; construction financing; joint venture and partnership transactions. She has served as lead counsel to sophisticated investors, lenders, and borrowers in single-asset and portfolio transactions across the U.S.

Jeannine received her J.D. from New York Law School and her B.A., magna cum laude, from Quinnipiac University. She joins the firm from Emmet, Marvin & Martin, LLP.
