Allen Matkins Represents Smart Earth Technologies LLC in Confirming Chapter 11 Plan that Resolves Over $100 Million in Liabilities

Allen Matkins represented Smart Earth Technologies LLC (“SET”) and its affiliate in confirming a chapter 11 plan in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on March 26, 2024.

Prior to its bankruptcy filing in November 2023, SET delivered smart water metering services to customers throughout the country. SET wound down business operations during the bankruptcy case through a combination of sale and licensing transactions. The chapter 11 plan provides for the liquidation of SET and its affiliate and will resolve over $100 million in liabilities.
