While class actions have been a weapon employees and consumers have wielded to bring large-scale lawsuits against companies, the Supreme Court's recent decision in AT&T Mobility v. Concepcion indicates that properly prepared agreements may prevent such class actions. Many employers are either revising or looking back on their agreements to obtain the maximum benefit in light of the Supreme Court's ruling.
