Ivan Gold was quoted in Octus (formerly Reorg) about the Big Lots bankruptcy and its potential sale of remaining assets to Gordon Brothers. As counsel to several Big Lots landlords, Ivan "challenged the debtors' assertion that their budget provides for payment of all go-forward expenses, saying, 'it's obvious that it does not' because, for example, lease-related insurance and property taxes are not accounted for."
