Recent years have seen a shrinking wage gap between men and women, an increased number of women in senior leadership positions, and increased job satisfaction early on in careers, though women continue to face unequal treatment and opportunity.
At Bisnow's Power Women series, Orange County's women of influence will share their experience and offer guidance to the industry, as well as share insight into bringing more success and equality to women.
