It will explore potential solutions, with a specific focus on the challenges and opportunities for increasing retention of associates. The program will include research data and anecdotal information on the experience of associates of color, and hackathon-style break out groups exploring specific areas for improvement in how associates are developed, supported and advanced. The substantive program will be followed by a networking reception.
