Rowberry: I typically try to find someone I've had experience with who covers a specialty area that will help us out. Jay Steinman at Dzida, Carey & Steinman helps us out with homeowners' association documents. We also use Matt Fogt at Allen Matkins on variety of land use and other real estate transactional issues.
