Corte Madera rejects challenge to affordable housing project

David Blackwell was quoted in an article about affordable housing planned for Corte Madera. The Town Council unanimously denied an appeal against a 100% affordable housing project in the town. David is representing the developer of the project. He said, "Because of the housing crisis, because it's so hard to build here, because we have such a deficit in housing here in California, the state laws have been strengthened.
