Environmental Law Conference 2010 at Yosemite

David Osias, partner at Allen Matkins San Diego office, participated on the “Quantifying the QSA: California Water Supply Reliability and the Salton Sea at Risk” panel which discussed the conflicting view points of how the outcome of the appeal on the Quantification Settlement Agreement court ruling might affect the State, water districts, local governments, individual landowners and environmental advocates.
