San Bernardino Sun (February 3, 2011) For the industrial market, Inland Empire may be coming out of its torpor. The Allen Matkins/UCLA Anderson Forecast Commercial Real Estate Survey predicts the Inland Empire's turning point will be reached by 2013. John Tipton, a partner in the Allen Matkins law firm's Century City office said the Winter/Spring 2011 industrial developer index for the Inland Empire registered well into the positive side for 2013. "Since participants make investment actions based on these views, it provides a leading indicator of changing supply conditions," Tipton said.
