LinkedIn Corp. has signed a lease for an entire 26‐story San Francisco building with more than 450,000 square feet of office space, Mayor Edwin M. Lee and Tishman Speyer Properties LP announced Tuesday. The lease for 222 Second St., under construction with anticipated completion in early 2016, is the latest blockbuster lease for the city and a major expansion in San Francisco on the part of LinkedIn. Tishman Speyer is represented by Lee A. Edlund and Sahar Bina of Allen Matkins Leck Gamble Mallory & Natsis LLP.
