GlobeSt.com (July 25, 2019) Allen Matkins has promoted three attorneys in Southern California. Marissa Dennis has been named operating partner in the firm’s Los Angeles office; Michael Holmes will become operating partner of the San Diego office and Matthew J. Marino has been promoted to associate general counsel in San Diego. Dennis succeeds Tim McDonnell, who served as operating partner in Los Angeles for 15 years. In San Diego, Holmes succeeds Jeff Patterson, who served as operating partner since 2011 and has taken on the role of managing partner of the firm.
