Partner John Condas was quoted in an article that appeared in The New York Times about a dispute between the owner of the Los Angeles Rams and City of Inglewood over Hollywood Park and Sofi Stadium. The article explains that Rams owner, E. Stanley Kroenke is demanding $400 million as reimbursement for improvements he made to Hollywood Park and Sofi Stadium as well as the surrounding area. Inglewood is saying that an agreement to pay that money has been invalidated by a voter initiative.
John commented that the case could go to the California Supreme Court, "I think they have to. There's just too much money at stake."
