The Daily Transcript (June 7, 2017) Jeff Chine has had a hand in almost every major master planned community in the region the past few decades. He’s worked as land use and environmental counsel with Allen Matkins on projects including the 3,500-unit San Elijo Hills master planned community, the controversial 600-unit One Paseo mixed-use development, and the 1,500-acre Fanita master planned community. Chine also serves as general counsel for the Building Industry of San Diego County and chairs its Legal Action Committee.
