  • Represented major apparel manufacturer in various matters including defense of alleged violations of California’s Proposition 65.
  • Represented international women's clothing manufacturer in a wide range of labor and employment matters.
  • Represented clothing and accessory manufacturer in a variety of matters, including negotiations of contracts with designers, and involvement with the design approval process for each line.
  • Represented sportswear manufacturer in connection with a variety of matters, primarily involving shareholder and investor issues, as well as sales and distribution issues.
  • Represented sportswear manufacturer in a variety of matters including its license agreement with MTV and other contract matters, financing, and credit facilities.
  • Represented a well-known designer jeans manufacturer in a build-to-suit lease for their headquarters offices in downtown Los Angeles.
  • Represented an international apparel manufacturer and retailer in connection with class action lawsuit regarding meal periods, rounding, unpaid overtime, and inaccurate payroll records.
