- Represented sportswear manufacturer in a variety of matters including its license agreement with MTV and other contract matters, financing, and credit facilities.
- Represented a well-known designer jeans manufacturer in a build-to-suit lease for their headquarters offices in downtown Los Angeles.
- Represented an international apparel manufacturer and retailer in connection with class action lawsuit regarding meal periods, rounding, unpaid overtime, and inaccurate payroll records.
- Represented a major apparel manufacturer and retailer in a class action alleging the misclassification of associate managers as exempt employees. Prevailed in class certification denial.
- Represented sportswear manufacturer in negotiation and drafting of key executive employment agreements worldwide (US, Europe and Australia), as well as executive-level separation agreements.
- Represented more than 20 jewelry vendors in lawsuit alleging failure to warn for exposure to lead from touching jewelry under California’s Proposition 65.
- Represented eyeglass lens manufacturer in a term loan and revolving credit facility with Wells Fargo Business Credit.
