  • Represented the toy manufacturer in its acquisition of another toy manufacturer in Canada, Hong Kong, China, Ireland, Australia, United Kingdom and Spain. 
  • Represented toy manufacturer investors in bridge and Series A Preferred Stock financings. 
  • Represented a major consumer product manufacturer in preparing a Proposition 65 compliance strategy. Reviewed products and worked with clients to reformulate or develop appropriate warnings for consumer products. 
  • Represented an exercise equipment manufacturer client who was required to report to the Consumer Product Safety Commission injuries sustained from an exercise bike. 
  • Represented major toy manufacturer in real estate and construction matters for its Napa Valley facility.
  • Represented manufacturer of cordless electric lawnmowers in false advertising action under California's Business & Professions Code Sec. 17200 alleging misrepresentation of horsepower ratings. 
  • Represented a faucet manufacturer in a Proposition 65 environmental exposure matter. Represented a home hardware manufacturer regarding Proposition 65 environmental exposure. 
  • Represented major manufacturers of residential home hardware on compliance with Toxic Chemical Release Form R reports, hazardous waste recycling, and management of various waste streams including on-site treatment operations subject to California's permit-by-rule. 
  • Represented power tool manufacturer, a third party defendant and alleged generator of hazardous wastes, in long-running litigation in federal district court involving contaminated property.
