EXPERIENCE
- Represented a diagnostic equipment and accessories used company in acquiring the neurological and gastroenterology divisions from a competitor and ultimately selling them through a recapitalization transaction to a private equity firm.
- Represented a global medical device manufacturing company in a variety of licensing and acquisition and disposition transactions including the acquisition of the pain management business and the sale of a patient warming business.
- Represented medical device company in connection with the $200 million sale of a medical equipment manufacturer. We also represented this client in connection with its periodic filings with the SEC.
- Represented a medical software manufacturer funded by a life-science venture management company. We handled Series A and B financings, as well as their ultimate sale to medical device firm.
- Represented a Southern California based diabetes product company that we formed and represented in connection with its initial and Series A funding.
