Office

Allen Matkins represents many local, national, and international owners, developers, investors, lenders, and asset managers in connection with the purchase and sale, development, financing, leasing, and management of office projects in the United States.

We have unparalleled experience in representing the interests of major institutional landlords and tenants with multiple locations. Such asset management services are handled by the firm's commercial project group, which is devoted full time to the representation of landlords and tenants.

"They are the legal rock stars of leasing."

- VP Legal and General Counsel, Large Office REIT

EXPERIENCE

In the past five years, our firm has been counsel for leasing transactions involving in excess of 40 million square feet of space. Our extensive representation of sophisticated landlords and tenants has allowed us to quickly analyze and resolve issues commonly found in office projects, and to analyze the various marketplaces and formulate an understanding of the market terms and conditions upon which sophisticated lease transactions are consummated.
