  • Represented a provider of advanced components used in high-speed optical networks in its $72 million initial public offering and subsequent acquisition. 
  • Represented Electronics/Chips & Semiconductor Company in a Series D Preferred Stock financing, follow-on Series D Preferred Stock financing, bridge loan financing, and recapitalization. 
  • Represented E-Commerce Company in connection with a $50 million private placement to institutional investors. 
  • Represented a manufacturer of computer power supplies in connection with its OEM, development, license and distribution agreements. 
  • Represented a computer, components and software company in a trademark infringement matter. 
  • Represented a cloud data center manufacturer in a series of agreements (licensing, manufacturing and sale) with a corporation in the People’s Republic of China. 
  • Represented a REIT in the development of 30 story skyscraper in San Francisco for a of global cloud computing company. In the largest lease in San Francisco that year valued at $250 million. 
  • Represented a computer hard disc manufacturer in compliance with hazardous waste laws concerning disc polishing operations and recycling of sputtering wastes. 
  • Represented an electronic connectors company in its merger with a semiconductor corporation. 
  • Represented an electronics manufacturer in advice and negotiation with Los Angeles Regional Water Quality Control Board regarding VOC and metals contamination at former electronic parts manufacturing facility in Torrance, California. 
  • Represented the former Chairman and CEO of an American multinational information technology corporation in connection with multiple shareholder derivative lawsuits and related litigation in state and federal courts in California and Delaware. 
  • Represented a manufacturer of video conference systems in connection with its OEM, development, license and distribution agreements and its international trademark registration program.
