EXPERIENCE
- Represented a biotechnology company in a 20-year lease in the La Jolla/UTC area of San Diego for a 470,000 square headquarters. This was the biggest deal of its kind in San Diego history.
- Represented a life sciences company in connection with two major real estate development and construction projects. The first was the acquisition, development, and construction of a 75-acre, approximately $400 million pharmaceutical research, development, manufacturing, and distribution facility . The second was the acquisition, development, and construction of its $150 million West Coast corporate headquarters, laboratory and research facility.
