EXPERIENCE
- Represented a telecommunications provider in its $1.2 billion initial public offering (ADRs).
- Represented a British-based, worldwide telecom corporation in connection with a licensing and out-sourcing transaction involving the use of software for managing a global telecommunications switching network.
- Represented a New York Stock Exchange listed telecommunications hardware, software and firmware producer in connection with (1) its software development and license agreements; (2) its agreements with customers for the provisions of telecommunications long distance billing services; and (3) its agreements with foreign distributors.
- Represented a wireless networking operator in connection with various litigation matters throughout Southern California. Recently, we successfully settled two religious discrimination/accommodation case on the eve of trial brought by former employees who had made seven figure demands.
