Allen Matkins’ clients include regional and national lenders, and our attorneys regularly represent these clients in connection with structuring, negotiating and documenting commercial real estate loans.

We have long-standing relationships with leading regional, national and international financial institutions, including banks, insurance companies, pension funds, finance companies, REITS, investment funds and investment banks. We also represent several of the largest conduit lenders in the United States.

Our lending clients rely on us to close transactions efficiently in compliance with their procedures and policies. In the case of our conduit lender clients we close transactions in accordance with the stringent requirements of the national statistical rating agencies and the CMBS investor community.
