We routinely appear before and work closely with various agencies to develop mitigation programs and other measures that comply with local, state and federal environmental laws. These agencies include:

  • 401 water quality certifications 
  • 1602 streambed alteration agreements 
  • Section 7 and Section 10 take permits 
  • Section 2081 take agreements

In addition, we work closely with various Indian tribes and state and federal agencies to resolve conflicts in development activities concerning the preservation of cultural and historic resources.
