Otto is an associate in the Century City office who advises clients on leasing, purchase and sale, and other commercial real estate transactions. He represents both landlords and tenants in a range of leasing matters, including office and retail leases across the western United States, as well as in the negotiation of ground leases. On the investment and development side of his practice, Otto recently assisted with a Silicon Valley adaptive reuse project and with a complex sale and leaseback transaction involving a historic Los Angeles County film studio.
