Joshua Colfer
Associate
Joshua is a real estate associate in the firm’s Century City office. He advises landlords, tenants, owners, and investors on a wide range of commercial real estate matters. Joshua's practice focuses on commercial leasing, including office, retail, and industrial properties, as well as acquisitions and dispositions, ground leasing, and title and survey matters.
He assists clients with the structuring, negotiation, and documentation of real estate transactions and related due diligence matters.
As a law student, Joshua served as a notes and submissions editor for the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal. During law school, Joshua worked as a clerk with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office.
