Allen Matkins Represents Anderson Real Estate in $550 Million Refinancing of Century City Tower

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA – October 19, 2026 – Allen Matkins represented Anderson Real Estate, a private, family-owned real estate development and management company, in a $550 million refinancing of Anderson Towers, a two-building office campus located at 1800 and 1900 Avenue of the Stars in Century City. Wells Fargo Bank and JPMorgan Chase Bank originated the financing.

The Allen Matkins team included Marc Young, Kyle Hoshide, Maya Peress, Joshua Colfer, Hannah Reed, Emma O’Hanlon, and Gina Ahmar.
