Paige Minteer

Paige is a real estate senior counsel in the Los Angeles office. She represents developers, investors, and financial institutions in a broad range of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development agreements, joint ventures, and real estate financings.

Paige counsels clients on complex, high-value matters across the real estate, energy, and infrastructure sectors, including mixed-use developments, entertainment venues, oil and gas facilities, and the acquisition and financing of commercial properties. She is also experienced in managing deal teams, from initial strategy to coordinating diligence and closing workflows, and partnering directly with clients to keep transactions moving efficiently from term sheet through closing and ongoing asset management.

Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Paige practiced at an AmLaw 100 firm, where she supported a wide range of real estate and project development transactions for public and private companies, investment groups, and lenders across the United States.
