Emma is a real estate associate in the Los Angeles office. She focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including finance, acquisition and disposition, and leasing.
Before joining Allen Matkins, Emma was an associate at a global law firm, where she advised lenders on a range of domestic and cross-border financings, including asset-based lending, tech/software lending, cash-flow lending and leveraged finance transactions.
During law school, Emma served as Notes Editor of the UC Irvine Law Review and as a judicial extern for the Honorable Christina A. Snyder of the United States District Court, Central District of California.
