Emily Osgood
Associate
Emily is a real estate associate in the Orange County office. She focuses on transactional matters, routinely advising clients in the leasing, purchase and sale, construction, and development of a range of commercial assets. Emily represents institutional investors, regional investment firms, homebuilders, master planners, and other owner/operators in deals across asset types, including retail, office, master-planned residential, and industrial.
Outside of her practice, Emily is highly involved with charitable and community service efforts. She is a member of the Allen Matkins Community Outreach Committee, which supports local charitable and nonprofit initiatives. Emily also works closely with Project Youth OC, helping raise money to make a positive impact on the lives of youth in Orange County.
