Eric J. Shelby

Eric is a partner in our Century City office whose practice area in real estate focuses on commercial leasing, including complex office, retail, and industrial leases in projects throughout California. His clients include individual and institutional investors and developers of all kinds. In addition to his leasing practice, Eric has extensive experience in the negotiation and documentation of all types of real estate transactions, including purchase and sale transactions, construction, and development. He also has significant experience in the telecommunications field, having negotiated and created forms of all the various agreements governing the delivery of cutting-edge telecommunications services to tenants and other users.

Eric's recent transactional matters include the leasing and operational matters for new Class A+ office complexes in Century City; the purchase, leasing, and operational matters of two landmark San Francisco office buildings; and the leasing and operational matters for nationwide portfolio of office buildings.
