Vincent is a real estate associate in the Orange County office. He represents investors, asset managers, developers, and other sophisticated clients in commercial real estate transactions across property types, including multifamily, retail, industrial, self-storage, and office. Vincent has closed on the purchase, sale, and financing of single-asset and portfolio projects throughout the United States.
With an emphasis on borrower side deals, Vincent has documented a variety of lending transactions, from construction, refinancing, and acquisition loans to modification and workout agreements. His practice covers the full lifecycle of the financing transaction, routinely negotiating loan documents, reviewing organizational documents, drafting consents, preparing opinion letters, and working with the title company.
