Nabeal is an associate in the firm's San Diego office. His practice focuses on construction and real estate disputes. He represents owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, design professionals, and other project participants in a wide range of litigation and pre-dispute matters involving complex construction and infrastructure projects. He also assists clients with contract, procurement, and project-related issues arising throughout the construction process.

Drawing on his background as a mechanical engineer, Nabeal brings a practical and technical perspective to construction matters. Before entering the legal profession, he worked in the engineering and construction industry, where he was involved in the design, construction, commissioning, and modification of large-scale industrial and commercial projects. His experience included overseeing vendors and contractors, conducting engineering analyses, and supporting project delivery and operational initiatives.

Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Nabeal practiced with several national and regional law firms, where he handled construction litigation, public infrastructure matters, contract disputes, claims analysis, and related project counseling matters. His experience includes drafting dispositive motions, pleadings, mediation briefs, and discovery; coordinating with experts and consultants; conducting site visits; negotiating with contractors and opposing counsel; and evaluating construction claims and project-related disputes. He is also a registered U.S. Patent and Trademark Office patent agent.
