Ken is a tax partner in the New York office. He advises clients on federal and state tax considerations of domestic and cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, joint ventures and partnerships, reorganizations and restructurings, tax credit monetization, fund formation, and entity structuring.
