Riley is a real estate associate in the Orange County office. He represents investors, asset managers, developers, and other owner/operators in transactional matters. Riley’s experience includes the following focus areas:
- Purchase and sale. He advises clients in the purchase and sale of real assets across industries, including retail, industrial, mixed-use, and raw land.
- Development. Riley assists clients with all aspects of the development cycle, including pre-acquisition due diligence, with particular depth in the industrial space.
- Land banking. He routinely counsels homebuilder clients, including one of the largest U.S. residential construction companies, in structuring land banking transactions for projects throughout the U.S.
- Financing. Riley represents primarily borrower clients in financing transactions for the acquisition, disposition, and development of commercial projects.
