Allen Matkins represented Dividend Homes in all aspects of its acquisition of a 3.9-acre development site at the former Fry’s Electronics property in Palo Alto from The Sobrato Organization. 3200 Park Boulevard in Palo Alto is planned to include 74 townhome-style residences across 16 buildings and is expected to open in Summer 2027.
The Allen Matkins team included Stuart Block, Brenn Coyle, Matt Fogt, Olivia Fox, Allyson Thompson, and Riley Wilson.
