The outlook for Orange County residential real estate is very positive according to a recent study by Jeff Meyers of Meyers Builder Advisors. Home building in Orange County and San Diego is being driven by new job creation and the Generation Y workers that will fill those jobs. With this new generation of home buyers we will see apartment rents rise and smaller, heavily amenitized projects.
